Stopped by Carette Café and it completely lived up to the hype! Their famous hot chocolate topped with a mountain of fresh whipped cream is a must-try — rich, thick, and absolutely heavenly. It’s easily one of the best hot chocolates I’ve ever had in Paris. I also ordered their Roasted Sea Bass, which was cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The seasoning was subtle and elegant, just what you’d expect from a classic Parisian café. The atmosphere is charming and elegant, with a great view and friendly service even when the place gets busy. Perfect spot for a relaxed lunch or an afternoon treat. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Paris!
